How much does a SpiritClips from Hallmark subscription cost?
SpiritClips from Hallmark offers two affordable subscription options to best suit your needs: a monthly membership and an annual membership. Funds received through subscriptions support the production of SpiritClips Original Short Films, which are created with the same care and commitment to quality as feature films. These films are only available to our Members and can't be found anywhere else on the web. SpiritClips is also an ad-free environment, therefore we count on our Members to support our unique service.

Why can't I view films on the SpiritClips website?
The SpiritClips website plays videos in Flash format and Microsoft Silverlight Format and requires Flash Player 9 or higher and Microsoft Silverlight. If you do not have the Flash Player, you can download the latest version by clicking here. If you need Microsoft Silverlight, you can download the latest version here.
Do you have any system requirements?
SpiritClips from Hallmark is designed to be accessed on a broadband connection with modern web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 6 or later. We also recommend using Windows XP or Mac OS 10.3 or higher. Our service is available on other internet connected, supported devices including iPad, Roku, Samsung TV, NeoTV and more.
How many devices can I activate my SpiritClips from Hallmark account on?
Your SpiritClips from Hallmark account allows you to active up to six different supported devices at one time.
How many movies can I watch at one time?
Two movies can be streamed at one time across the website and any of your activated devices using your SpiritClips account. If you receive an error stating something similar to "Your SpiritClips account is already watching the maximum number of movies at one time. Please close any SpiritClips apps or browser windows on other devices and then press play again.", you are attempting to watch an additional movie at the same time as two others are being played using your account.
To resolve this, please close any SpiritClips apps or webpages open on any devices (tablets, phones, smartTVs, computers, etc.) and then press play again.
Can I post SpiritClips Original Short Films on my site?
No. SpiritClips Original Short Films are copyrighted and only available for viewing on our website. In the future, we may enable other websites to license its content. Members can share SpiritClips Original Films with whomever they like by clicking the "SEND THIS FILM" button in our online theater. Recipients will be directed to a special page on our website where they can view the film and read a personal message from the sender.
What if I experience a slight delay when playing films?
SpiritClips films are presented using the latest Internet video technology for optimal viewing. Occasionally, due to Internet traffic or variances in your connection speed, there may be slight delay when buffering or streaming video files. If you experience delays, we recommend you close any other open windows or applications other than your web browser and check to see if anyone else is sharing your bandwidth.
How often will you be adding new films to the site?
We are constantly adding new movies from Hallmark Hall of Fame, SpiritClips Originals, Vanguard Cinema, TED Talks, Bud Greenspan's Olympics, and other like-minded independent producers. SpiritClips Original Films are created with the same commitment to quality as theatrical releases, requiring similar writing, casting, production, equipment, and editing as a feature film, but on a smaller scale. In other words, these films take time and care to produce. We currently debut about two SpiritClips Original Short Films each month.
What is a SpiritClips Original Photo Video Card?
A SpiritClips Original Photo Video Card is an amazing, customizable eCard that encorporates your photos into our SpiritClips Original Films. With one click, your recipient opens a beautiful card with your personalized message and watches the custom movie that you made just for them. Photo Video Cards play immediately upon opening. Because they're streamed from our site, there's no time wasted waiting for a download.

How many eCards and Photo Video Cards can I send?
Members can send unlimited eCards or Photo Video Cards. To view the ones you've sent, please log in and visit your "My Sent Films" page accessible from your "My Account" page.
How will I know that my eCard or Photo Video Card has been sent?
eCards and Photo Video Cards can be sent immediately or scheduled to be sent automatically at a future date of your choice. After you create your eCard or Photo Video Card, you will receive an email either confirming that it was sent or that it is scheduled be sent on the date you specified.
What if I am having trouble sending an eCard or Photo Video Card?
Please follow the instructions below to send an eCard or Photo Video Card:
- If you are a Member, please log in. If you are not yet a Member, please join to send unlimited eCards and Photo Video Cards.
- Go to the eCards section and browse by occasion or type. You can also send one "Just Because".
- Choose the eCard or Photo Video Card you wish to send.
- Start personalizing your eCard or Photo Video Card by writing a note to your recipient, or by selecting one of our prewritten messages. Then click "next step."
- Enter your recipients' email addresses, separating each address with a comma.
- If you would like to schedule a future delivery date for your filmcard, use the month, day, and year drop-down menus under "Schedule Delivery for Later".
- Upload your photos. The photos will appear in the Photo Video Card as it plays. Photos must be a jpeg, and can be up to 5MB in size.
- Select a cover. You can use the arrows to scroll through the covers. Use the dropdown menu to switch to a different occasion and see more covers.
- Preview the eCard or Photo Video Card, then click "Send." It's as easy as that!
What if my recipient did not receive the eCard or Photo Video Card I sent him/her?
Some companies and organizations have firewalls that block emails (and our eCards) that come from new businesses, even businesses as friendly and positive as SpiritClips.
If you're sending your eCard or Photo Video Card to a business or organization that might have such a firewall, we've created an alternative system that allows you to send a link to the card from your own email account.
You may also suggest to your recipients that they check their spam or junk mail folder to see if the eCard ended up there. Encourage your recipients to add SpiritClips.com to their address book so that future eCards will get through.
We will notify you by email when your eCard or Photo Video Card has been opened.
As SpiritClips grows, more companies will make sure that eCards and Photo Video Cards from SpiritClips are accepted by their systems. In the meantime, we appreciate your business. Thank you very much for sharing SpiritClips.
What if a recipient is having trouble viewing my Photo Video Card?
The person viewing your Photo Video Card must have the same Flash Player and system requirements that you are required to have when viewing films on SpiritClips.com. Please refer to Films in this Help section for more information.
What if I am having difficulty logging in?
Most login problems arise when users forget their Member Name or password, or change their email address and forget to update it in the my account section. Go to the login form, click "Forgot Your Member Name or Password," and enter the email address associated with your account. We will then send you a reminder email with your Member Name and password. If you get an error message after requesting a password reminder and/or you do not receive the reminder email, this may indicate that we do not have an account with your email address on file. If your email address has changed, be sure to log in with your old address. If you are still having difficulty logging in, please use the Contact Us form and select "Customer Support."
Unfortunately, once you create your account, your Member Name cannot be changed, although you can edit how your name appears on your Member Profile page.
Can I change my email and password?
Yes. You will need to log in and go to your Member Profile page. There, you'll find a link to edit your account settings.
Can I block others from seeing my Member Profile?
Yes. In the "Preferences" section of your account, you can set your profile to private so that other members will not see it.
Why are you asking for my name and contact info?
We need that information to process your credit card for your membership. We will not under any circumstances voluntarily give any of your information to a third party. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
Why should I upgrade to a full membership?
While registered free users can watch three free short films, full members have unlimited access to viewing our entire collection of Hallmark Hall of Fame movies, heartwarming, SpiritClips Originals and much more online or on their TVs with Roku and on supported mobile devices.
We will automatically renew your membership at the end of your subscription term using your registered credit card unless you notify us prior to the end of your subscription term that you wish to cancel. To prevent your Premium membership from automatically renewing, visit your Account page, uncheck the box that says "Renew my Membership Automatically," and click "Save Changes."
What is a SpiritClips Gift Membership?
A Gift Membership is a year's subscription to the SpiritClips website. Your recipient will enjoy the full benefits of year-long Membership to all our Hallmark Hall of Fame movies, SpiritClips Original Short Films and more, and you will feel good for sharing it. What's a SpiritClips affiliate, and how do I become one?
We started our affiliates program to share the inspiration of SpiritClips while giving back to our members and their communities. We'll give you a unique affiliate code, and when someone visits SpiritClips.com and signs up for an annual membership with your code, your affiliate account gets credited $10 for a one-year membership.
To become an affiliate, login or join, then visit our Affiliates Page and click "Yes! I want to be an Affiliate." Then follow these step-by-step instructions.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Specify who will receive the commission when a customer makes a purchase using your affiliate code. The commission can go to you or to your preferred charity or non-profit organization, or you can give the person who signs up a reduced price on his or her membership.
- Once you click "save," you will receive a unique affiliate code and link. You can send the link to your friends or place it on your website.
- Additionally, you can place one of our colorful SpiritClips banners on your website. They are located in the "Banner" section.
- You can track the number of visitors who use your code and the commission you have earned in the "Affiliate Program" section of your account.
How do I change my payment information?
Once you are logged in, you may update your payment information by clicking the "My Account" link on your Member Profile page. You will then be able to update the billing address and the payment method that will be used to renew your membership. When finished, click the "Save Changes" button.
Can I see my purchase history?
To view your purchases, go to "Purchases" in your account. This will allow you to see an itemized list of your purchase history on our site with purchase date, invoice number, price, and product type.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We would hate to see you cancel your subscription. However, if you wish to cancel before the end of your subscription term, please visit your Account page, uncheck the "Renew my Membership Automatically" box, and click "Save Changes."
If you have any questions, please use our Contact Us form, select "Billing Inquiry" from the dropdown menu, and submit your request with the name, email address, and Member Name you used when signing up. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any unused portion of your subscription due to early cancellation.
