Licenses grant a company the right to send links out via their emailed newsletters to clients or employees, who may then view the films from the SpiritClips website for a period of time.

RESTRICTIONS. In purchasing the license, you are acquiring only the right to use the media for its permitted use. You can't use it then resell it. You can't put it on Youtube, you can't edit it into any other project you may be working on, you can't post it to your own website, and you can't show it in a televised program. You cannot email the file to anyone and it must be stored on one computer and may not be loaded or stored on a network for sharing purposes. The recipient cannot resend the email link or otherwise virally spread the viewing of the clip via the link.
